위의 두 명령어를 입력하던 도중에 위와 같은 에러가 모두 발생하였습니다.
한 2시간 정도 구글링 하다가 해결책을 찾아 냈습니다.
sudo pip install keras --ignore-installed
sudo pip install then --ignore-installed
위의 두 명령어를 입력하면 해결 가능합니다 !!
